Apre su mandarino amaro e agrumi, poi arriva il layer erbaceo di timo e rosmarino, l'amaro del tarassaco e una nota floreale di miele, e sotto resta il corpo dato dall'olio d'oliva, con un finale lungo e bilanciato. Senza alcol. Si serve in spritz con tonica, in Americano, oppure ovunque andrebbe un bitter rosso, anche accanto ai distillati alcolici in versione low-alcohol.
